Why is film better?
One of the best examples of why film is superior to digital movie making is in the creative art known to the masters as “chiaroscuro”. This art form relys on the contrast between light and dark to achieve three-dimensional shapes. Film is the only way you can duplicate this effect. Another example, with the new emulsion of film produced today, you can create images far beyond your imagination. These are two prime reasons we recommend staying with film.
